1.Where are the products manufactured?

All LAZHOME products are manufactured in China through LAZHOME-owned, as well as third party suppliers. LAZHOME employs a team of technical and quality control experts in China who work closely with all facilities to insure the highest standards are met during the product development and manufacturing process.

2.Where do you ship from?

We operating with multiple fulfillment centers. We have warehouses in the US. All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot promise an order will ship from a certain warehouse, as our team works as hard as possible to get orders out as quickly as they can, and stock may be limited in select warehouses. In this case, orders will ship from the warehouse that has sufficient stock.

3.Where can I have my order shipped?

We ship anywhere within the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. If you have an APO/FPO/DPO* address, call us at +1 929-280-9299 to place and order and obtain a custom shipping quote. We’re currently unable to ship outside the United States.

We are unable to ship to a United States territory directly. Please use a freight forwarder if that is the product’s end destination.

* Please note that anything marked Freight (LTL) cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address since LTL carriers cannot deliver to these addresses and the items are too large to be shipped via USPS/MPS.

4.How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

The shipment will arrive between 7-14 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider, and location.

Shipment delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection in your country, or if there are transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

COVID-19: Delays may occur due to the current health emergency situation.

5.What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, such as UPS/DHL/FedEx. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Important Tips to Keep in Mind

When trying to figure out what your shipping cost will be:

The shipping price for each individual item is usually more than the total cost of a single large shipment. Add all the items to your cart before checking the final shipping price

We ship by two main methods

Standard Shipping

This means UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipping for additional items usually only goes up incrementally, determined by shipment weight. Keep in mind all orders over $49 on are eligible for Free Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the continental United States. Keep in mind that Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded from this offer and will have higher shipping costs and requirements.

Freight or “LTL”

This is reserved for large, heavy or oversized items such as large sinks, bathtubs, shower doors, etc. As these are placed onto a pallet, require a scheduled delivery, extra insurance, the cost to ship by this method is more expensive. Adding additional items to this method does not usually increase the cost by a great amount. Orders requiring Freight Shipping that are over $1500 may be eligible for Free Freight Shipping!

6.Shipping Methods

Types of Shipments

From the big to the small, we ship it all (mostly). Every shipment method we use is trackable and insured. Below is a list of our shipment methods and their shipping times. All shipment times are shown in business days, which is Monday through Friday (no weekends), excluding holidays. Shipment times are average and remote locations, shipments during the winter holiday season, and cases of extreme weather may exceed the mentioned shipment times.

Standard Shipping – This means UPS, FedEx, USPS or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipments often need to be signed for, but shipments can be left at driver’s discretion. Items shipped by this method have several “speeds”:

Super Saver Shipping

This is our usual “Free Shipping” method. Shipments that are eligible for Free Shipping will have this option available. Shipment times are 7-10 business days.

Standard Ground Shipping

5-7 Business Days. This is a slightly higher priority – these orders are processed before Super Saver shipments. Shipment time is 5-7 business days.  all orders over $49 will be eligible for free Standard Ground Shipping; special rules apply in order to receive free freight shipping. Shipped orders over $1500 will be eligible for free 

Second Day Air

The shipment time on this package is two business days – The day following the ship-day is the first day. Ex. Item ships on Friday (not counting Sat/Sun) and arrives on Tuesday. For Non-Contiguous States and Territories, use this method for shipping – the ship time for these locations is about 2-3 business days.

Next Day Air

The shipment time on this is one business day. An item will be delivered the following business day if the carrier receives that item in time for their daily cut-off (varies by carrier). **When choosing this method, please be aware of Expected Time To Ship of the products (warehouse turn-around).
